Show Off Your Classroom Linky Party

I am joining Ms. Fultz's Show Off Your Classroom Linky Party.  I love my big classroom.

This is where we gather each morning.  I like that everything is at the kids' eye level. During free play this is the rug where the kids can play with blocks.

These pictures were taken before school started.  The children's pictures went in the stars.
After Circle Time we have snack at these tables.  During free play the children use the tables for play dough and art projects.  There are crayons, markers, dot paints, paper, scissors and glue that are always available.
This is my Chicka Chicka Boom Tree.  It has been replaced by a bean stalk.
This rug is used for what ever toys are in the shelves on the right side of the photo.  I rotate our toys every month.  I have found that the children enjoy the toys more if there are fewer (they are less likely to just dump things) but they keep changing.  The table on the right is where I meet with small groups of students each day for projects or readiness activities.

  1. Hi Lyn! Your room looks awesome! It is BIG! I like your Chicka Boom Boom tree, too. I'm lucky to have a big room, too, BUT I don't think it's quite as big as yours.
    Thanks for sharing,
