I love this apron that I made a couple years ago for a friend who came into my class twice a week to help with Kid Writing. It was simple and inexpensive.I bought a large apron at Joann Fabrics for about $5 (with a coupon). I used a pencil and lightly marked off 22 squares. The kids each used fabric markers to write their name and draw a picture of themselves in one square. I then asked one child to write "We Love Vicky." When we were done, I simply erased my pencil lines. This would also be a great gift for a teacher (I would love one to use when we are doing messy projects and it made me smile to remember each of the kids when I borrowed the apron for this post).
