My terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day....

Last night my car (that was locked and in my driveway) was broken into. As the result of a series of weird events, I had accidentally left my laptop in the car. I am so bummed because all of the documents that I have created during the last 4 years (and my photos) are gone.  I am looking for ways to automatically save my work so this can't happen again.  Any ideas?

  1. Oh, no!! I am so sorry to here this Lyn. I can't imagine loosing all of your documents and pictures from the last 4 years. Can you save these things in the future on one of those zip drives that you can carry with you. Some teachers I work with download things on there and they hook them onto their landyard. I'm not sure how they work, but it might be something to look into.

    1. Thanks Connie,
I'll have to do that. I think there is some way that I can automatically save it to a cloud or something. This is when I feel very old :)

  2. I don't have any advice just words of encouragement. You work SO hard and I hate that this has happened to you. While I believe everything occurs for a reason, I know that it doesn't make it any easier to deal with. I pray for your strength and that you remain encouraged.
